What is an Integrative Leader™?
Many managers like to think that people are generally motivated by the same things, money, being on a team, empowerment, creativity, etc.. And yet, as individuals it's clear that we are motivated individually, for a variety of reason, often not at all like the motivations of others. Or at the very least, not with the same priorities.

The Integrative Leader™ understands this fact, and also understands how to individually motivate his or her team so as to maximize performance. The Integrative Leader is willing to see each person as an individual and to provide an environment in which each person can perform to their maximum capability. This, in turn, maximizes the performance of the whole team.

For this to be true, the Integrative Leader must be able an excellent communicator, and excellent motivator, an excellent manager and leader, and must be able to control his or her own state. This is not just management. It's not even just leadership. It's the ability to integrate all members of a team to maximize their performance.
